Mr. and Mrs. Bob Wade founded Cornerstone Software, Inc. in May, 1986. As President, Bob, with nearly 4 decades of software development experience, directed Sales and Marketing for Professional Services specifically concerning HP NonStop™ (formerly Tandem) computer systems.

In April 1989 Bob authorized the private funding of the research and development of Cornerstone's first major product, Transaction Delivery System, today known as HP NonStop™ Remote Server Call.

During Bob's tenure as President of Cornerstone the company grew from revenues of $250,000 annually to nearly $8,000,000 per year. The company has developed new state-of-the-art products and expects to develop further products involving the Internet and E-commerce.

As a hands on leader, one of Bob’s top priorities has always been the well-being of his employees.
